Record Requests

Copies of court case documents can be obtained by paying the statutory copy fee of $1.25 per page pursuant to 814.61(10) Wisconsin Statutes.  Requests may be made by:

  • Call 920-746-2205 to make request and make payment via credit or debit card
  • Fax a request to 920-746-2520.  A $2.00 fax fee for transmittal of any documents will be charged
  • Mail your request to: Door County Clerk of Courts

                                            Sturgeon Bay WI  54235
    A self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of the documents is required.  Once payment is received, all documents will be sent to the requester

Certified documents require an additional $5.00 fee pursuant to 814.61(5)(a) Wis Statutes

  • Filing of all court actions including family/divorce, civil/restraining orders, small claims, traffic and criminal.              FILING DOCUMENTS VIA EMAIL IS NOT PERMITTED
  • Jury Management
  • Public Access Terminal
  • Payments of all fines/court costs including setting up payment plans and wage assignments

THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT AND STAFF
 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE LEGAL ADVICE
